Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

The Kestrels had a super day on Tuesday visiting the Lifeboat station in Bridlington. They had super knowledge and asked lots of interesting questions. We were all so proud of them! 

In English we have started our new book- Meerkat Mail, the children are really enjoying it so far and have learnt some fascinating facts about meerkats to help them to be good readers and have a good understanding. 

We are building on our knowledge of the continents in Geography as we look at the climates around the world and learn about the equator. We will then look at the UK and Kenya and think about how they are similar and different.
