Last Week in The Bumblebee Class10 March 2025 (by schoollogin) |
Here is last week's round-up of activities, and an insight in to this week ahead (albeit a little delayed.) We have had another lovely week in The Hive with much enjoyment from exploring all things circular! This theme will continue through this week, after which we will embark on learning about triangles.
We are also progressing with the Nursery Rhyme 'Mary Mary', which has proven to be one of our trickier choices. To support your child's learning at home, listening to the Nursery Rhyme together can be incredibly beneficial. You can find the video here: Mary Mary Nursery Rhyme.
If you are looking for a popular number song to share, I recommend the “Five Little Boats” song from Numberblocks, which you can access via this link: Numberblocks - Five Little Boats We enjoy this one in school.
Thank you to the families who have kindly provided photos and information about your family and friends. We are using these in school, and we have created a special book for your child. If you have not yet submitted any photos, please do so so that we can start using them in the classroom.
I hope the crispy buns from last week were enjoyed! This coming week, we have a packed schedule for our themed days, including jelly for Messy Monday, a walk into town for Wellbeing Wednesday to choose our World Book Day books from WH Smith, and some biscuit decorating for Foody Friday.
Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to another engaging week of learning.
